Processing Time

• All orders are handmade and custom cut. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Australia)

• Standard Shipping (Australia Post): $8 flat rate – arrives in 3–8 business days.

• Express Shipping (Australia Post Express): $12 flat rate – arrives in 1–3 business days.

• Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $80.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post delays.

Local Pickup

• Free local pickup is available from Gold Coast or Brisbane, QLD. Select “Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you with details once your order is ready.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

• You can track your parcel directly via Australia Post tracking.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

• Leather Guy AU is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

• If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
